Do you offer payment plans?

SURE! You bet! I offer multiple payment plans for each of my services. For large packages, I require a 40% deposit and signed contract in order to reserve a spot for your project on the calendar.

How many clients do you work with?

 

At this time, I am only taking on 3 custom branding and website design clients per month to ensure that each of my clients are getting the attention they deserve. I insist on providing the best service possible, and that means limiting client intake. 

 

How long is the process?

Timelines will range from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on which custom service you are interested in. For example, a starter logo package will take less time than a full on branding project that also requires a website.

Is it easy for me to update my site on my own?

YES! I create all websites on the amazing WIX  platform, which allows you to easily make changes to your site in minutes. I also include tutorial walkthroughs for your website so you feel confident making updates to your site as your business grows. 

How do I know if we'll be a good fit?

Before I book your project, I like to have a call to go over your thoughts and ideas for your new brand and/or website! This allows both of us to see if we jive well. You can schedule a chat HERE.

So you only work with the WIX platform?

At this time I only specialize in using the WIX for custom template designs, but I also specialize in Shopify for ecommerce stores. 

How soon do I need to book?
